Avoid the lineups and get online! Single game tickets for the Ottawa Champions are now on sale!
Fans are encouraged to get their tickets for Opening Weekend before they’re gone!
The Ottawa Champions open up the season on Friday, May 22nd at Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton Park against their expansion cousins, the Sussex County Miners.
“Our inaugural home opener will be a historic night for our fans and the community in Ottawa,” says Champions President David Gourlay. “Our city has already shown great enthusiasm for our team as all nine of our luxury suites are now sold out for the opener. Fans can go to our website and purchase tickets to enjoy a new brand of baseball as we make history this season”.
Former major leaguers Andrew Werner and Wilmer Font, Gatineau native Sebastien Boucher, and fellow Canadians Nick Purdy and Chris Cox are among the exciting players who will suit up for manager Hal Lanier this season.
The Champions will play 55 home games during the 2015 season, including holiday games on Canada Day, the Civic Holiday, and Labour Day, and a three game series against the Winnipeg Goldeyes from August 21-23.
All single game tickets will be general admission – $12 for adults, $10 for seniors (65+) and students (with ID card), $5 for youth (5-14), and free for children under five.
Season tickets are still on sale for $475, and flex packs are available for as low as $89.00. Tickets are also available by phone by calling 613-745-2255 or emailing email@example.com
The roster is almost full, the stadium renovations are nearing completion, and the weather is getting warmer – a perfect combination as we approach Opening Day!
